We set off in 2001.
Sushi Rolly was founded in Osaka in 2021 as a family business in Japan.
It started as a sushi restaurant with a total area of approximately 35 square meters, run by the father, mother, and their three daughters.
We granted our First Dealership in 2009.
This franchise agreement was actually a turning point for Sushi Rolly. After the long queues of customers formed at its tiny restaurant, the Sushi Rolly brand, which had become quite popular in Osaka, began to attract a lot of interest among professional investors.
In this way, it granted its first franchise to the CEO of one of Japan's largest chain brands.
18 Restaurants in 2012
Our 18th restaurant has opened, thanks to sound investments and our unchanging secret recipes since the year we were founded, which ensure our products are made from the highest quality ingredients.
2020 Global Emissions
In 2020, GlobalsTrade Limited acquired 100% of Sushi Rolly company, initiating its growth in the global network. In 2021, a brand new vision was brought to Sushi, giving rise to the Sushi POP experience.
2026 Global Brand
With 147 restaurants, we have become the fastest-growing Sushi restaurant chain in the world. With the acquisition by GlobalsTrade investment company, our global restaurant count is increasing day by day, and by maintaining our original taste while also offering the Sushi POP experience, we have established ourselves among the most beloved Sushi brands.

We deliver throughout Turkey. Our deliveries outside Istanbul are generally delivered the next day.
Delivery within Istanbul
We deliver within 1 hour to all our customers in pursuit of delicious flavors on both the European and Anatolian sides of Istanbul. You can see and select this option on the checkout page.
Production
We love our work and produce our products using the same ingredients as our flavor in Japan, adhering to 100% hygiene rules.
Sustainability
We are the world's first and only producer of sustainable sushi.
At Suhsi Rolly, all our non-food sushi materials are produced in our own facilities from 100% sustainable materials, and we are working with all our might to leave a cleaner and better world for the future.
